My photography journey started when I was around twelve years old with a digital camera I found in my grandpa's attic. I spent my time photographing nature, experimenting with portraits, and learning how to see the world through a lens. Years later, after my son was born, that passion returned in a much bigger way. What began as a desire to preserve my own family's memories quickly grew into a love for helping others preserve theirs.

Before I ever owned a professional camera, I was the person watching photography tutorials while breastfeeding a baby and taking notes on composition, lighting, and camera settings. I've always been drawn to art, storytelling, and finding meaningful details that others might miss. Photography became the perfect way to combine all three.

Today, I specialize in couples, families, children, graduates, and creative portraiture throughout Mid-Michigan. My favorite photographs aren't necessarily the most posed or polished. They're the ones that reveal personality, connection, and emotion. The images that feel like the people in them.

The name Forever In The Day comes from the belief that life's most meaningful moments pass far too quickly. A wedding day, a growing family, a season of childhood. My goal is to create lasting images that allow you to revisit those moments for years to come and remember not just what life looked like, but how it felt.
